Pin code coverageWe ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 1 – 2 business days of placing your order.

Prepaid orders only. We currently accept prepaid payments only and do not offer Cash on Delivery. This allows us to process and dispatch your order faster, and ensures your handcrafted piece is reserved specifically for you.

Please note — current shipping delays. Due to ongoing geopolitical uncertainty affecting international freight and customs routes, delivery timelines for some countries may be longer than usual. We recommend allowing additional time beyond the estimated window. We will keep you informed if your shipment is significantly delayed.

A note on import duties & taxes. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control. The amount varies by destination country and the type of product being imported. We are unable to predict, estimate, or be held liable for these charges. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an international order.

Returns

Our returns policy

🇮🇳  Domestic (India) orders
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original labels and packaging fully intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 – 7 business days.
🌍  International orders
We are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time, due to the complexity and cost of cross-border logistics. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Items not eligible for return: Items that have been used, washed, or have had labels removed. Items not in their original packaging. Items purchased during a sale or promotion.

How to initiate a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Email hello@pinaihome.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

We confirm your return
Once approved, we'll share the return shipping address. Please ensure all original labels and packaging are intact before packing the item.

Ship it back to us
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We'll make it right

We take great care in packing every order. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Report damaged items within 48 hours. Email us at hello@pinaihome.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or issue. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

We will replace the item at no additional cost to you, including shipping. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit or an exchange for a product of equal value.

Care Instructions

Keeping your Pinai piece beautiful

Hand block-printed textiles develop character with time and gentle care. Slight variations in print registration and colour are inherent to the handmade process — these are not defects, but marks of the human hand behind your piece.

Washing
Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water. Use a mild detergent. Do not wring or tumble dry.
Drying
Dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight which can fade block-printed colours over time.
Dry Cleaning
Recommended for best long-term colour retention and fabric quality, especially for quilts and bed covers.
Handmade Character
Slight variations in print and colour are the natural result of hand block printing — they make your piece one of a kind.
